Xbox 360 Community Experiencing Substantial Growth Increase?

Because I COULD NOT FIND A FULL GAME? Can you not read? I tried 3 different games that had 2 per team and the rest bots. That was today! And it’s sad because every gametype should have more than enough players in a healthy community. Just the idea that I have to choose 1 gametype when there are only 4 to find players is comical and it’s even more comical that I have to explain that to you. Do you get it now?

no. because everyone likes standard the community isnt healthy? personally i hate FF, no command posts, and no overtime. plus only 5 per team

I don’t remember saying that just because the GB ladder didn’t start that the game would fail. You said that. It was just one reason of many of why Brink will fail if something isn’t done to fix things like…

• Tighten the spread !!!
• Takeaway the skill option in matchmaking. It’s just limiting an already small community.
• 1st person spectator
• Put VOIP in for every mode! I mean seriously! It’s freaking 2011!

There is nothing wrong with you liking a more casual way of playing. My problem is that the community is so small that it doesn’t even have enough players to fill the already limited matchmaking modes lol. I don’t like hardcore mode in COD but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t anyone playing it. I really have to explain this?

Rank limitations off. normaly i would agree, but i think with abilities brink should have it. i always get owned when i play low level chars in level 20 matches

spectator. not sure what the problem with this is.

voip. do what they did in reach. have different player types and get put in matches with those types of people. quiet, trash talk, tactical, ect

1st person spectator is a great way to watch players play when you are dead. You can learn new ways to play the game or give advice. Talk strategy. Much more difficult if not impossible to do in 3rd person.

Your VOIP idea won’t work in Brink because there aren’t enough players which is why VOIP needs to just be turned on. You can’t think of Brink like a AAA shooter with a huge community because quite frankly its not.

Same thing for rank limitations. Sure it might be a disadvantage but only a slight one. I have 5 level 20 characters and I do just as well with a 7 as I do with a 20. Community is too small to split it up this way.

I don’t need to play the update. The spread is already bad and they are making it worse with the update. That is all I need to know.

i have no idea how many people are on xbox as i have not seen stats, but i am of the opinion that brink is growing on xbox. and really i dont think the community is near small enough that my idea wont work

well it gives you the option to play with people higher rank than you but people who want to play agains people there own level should be able to

I too have noticed a surge of people playing in online matches on XBL in the advanced mode playing for the objective. In the past 2 days alone I have encountered 4 or more people who were either renting it currently and were going to buy it, or had just recently got the game within the past week. Also, getting matches with over 10 real players has been pretty darn easy compared to the past, so I think the lower cost in combination with the DLC news and more information about the game being available now that it has been out for a while has led to more people picking it up and giving it a shot.
