I just made a new gamemodel -
wuerzburg riese radar

hope you this:

ingame

contains 3 LOD levels
level 0 - 8232 polys - 4361 verticles
level 1 - 6472 polys - 3681 verticles
level 2 - 4613 polys - 2847 verticles

3 model parts tagged together…

critism is welcome

just created a broken model - hope its ok for you…

maybe you can shrink the file size a little bit - just scale the textures to a smaller size :wink:

When he told me he was going that,I told him:
-you ain’t gonna make all details with polygons will you?
-No sure,I’ll just make big parts in polygon and rest in texture alpha channel.

And now what do I see? 8k polygons:D

the highest polygon part is the “box” with the round holes - i tried to do it just with alpha channle too - but this was too ugly…
