so i just stacked 10 bootsters played an obj match received a standard non event case opened it left match to find all 10 boosters are gone and no fn event card. now im out over 100k credit and all the cycles i earned that took me weeks to earn.
has this happened to any one else???

I’ve been told that you need to play a full game all the way through and the case should be awarded at that point. If you are still not getting the case please contact support via https://support-dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us/requests/new
I wonder if this has something do with week 4 mercs being available for a while…

i got it thank god got scared for a second. but i still dont know why i got a reg case instead of the event case the first time it took all my boosters(after first full obj match) why it took a 2nd obj match to get it
