Would you like to have a TRADE DOWN option?

(vdll) #1

I have quite a few loadouts in gold which I will never use due to bad augments. I would like to down-grade them to silver (my favorite rarity). Could be 2 gold = 1 silver or something along these lines. What do you think?

Fix trade-in first.

Explain, please.

(Eox) #4

Hey, why not. As long as it’s worth the use of course.

That’d be useful, but
2 gold = 1 silver
is totally a robbery.

Ratio doesnt matter atm, just the idea.

Would gladly trade down my shitty gobalt nader for bunch of gold nader.

(Sir_Slam) #8

I only want silver rarity.

The reason I don’t think they will implement this is as soon as you are able to trade down cobalts for more chances at the best cobalt card it loses its sentimental value to the player and community. The player loves that one card because all the time he had to put in to playing to obtain the credits and cards to trade it up on the first place. If it becomes easier to obtain the best loadouts the value just isn’t there.

While trade-down could be very useful to many players, it would also ruin the “business model” of the game.
I’d like this feature but it doesn’t seem to be likely to come imo.

Very good points.

It’s not about hurting Nexon’s economy. Either implement exchange ratio to avoid abuse or just keep Cobalts plain untradeable - problem solved.

Explain, please.
Trade-in costs too many cards to get another of the same rarity. If it costed 2 in order to trade in the feature would be more useful.

Also, it would be helpful if you can go for a “direct upgrade”, so to speak, to get the loadout of a certain card at the next rarity. If this method costs more cards than trading up, so be it.

(vdll) #14

I’m afraid they will never make it so.

edit: Had a bad connection while posting, sorry for double.

However marked that as spam, I don’t think you saw the joke.

Good idea. With good trade-down ratio it can we a very useful option.
