Worth the Repurchase?

This is coming from a guy who has owned the game for about 4 days now, I say yes. heres an unbiased opinion here. During the day i see alot of full servers and at night i still see a few full servers. (PC) I havent hit any bugs and i find it enjoyable.

Trolololololololol. PS3 has the biggest community of players in Brink. Every other day there are 4 or so threads from 360 users complaining that there’s never any PvP games going, and they can’t find people to play with. Translation? Not many people are playing. Further translation? As I said in my 1st post “the community is pretty much dead”. Doesn’t matter how many of you are keeping it on life support, in 3 months time…you’ll all have moved on to the next game, whereas PS3 players will still be playing Brink, because there’s more of us actually playing in the 1st place. Get over it, “mate”.

Worth the initial purchase? lol I just ask because I was initially hyped about the game and really stoked to get it, but I’ve been hearing bad things from people and I don’t know whether to believe them or not. :stroggbanana:

Depends.

Rent it, see if you like it. The patch fixed all the lag for me (AT&T) and i have no issues with connection right now, My lag is all but gone. The balance is improved greatly, but not done. I doubt they will stop here though, because if they fail on this project that would hurt them badly. If they can prove they can take the great ideas and make them work together, it will make them look excellent. Don’t expect more free DLC’s though.

A troll is someone who spreads disinformation, slags other platforms and argues a point that doesn’t have a leg to stand on.

Its posts like yours that cause the divide in players on different platforms.

Wait for a demo to come out and try it then. If no demo is released the you know it’s not fixed yet.
