Working with Missiles

Hi, I generally try to refrain from bothering forum members with questions but I am having a bit of trouble implementing a feature I want into my mod.

I have been working on a total conversion to make the game a bit more futuristic in its feel, and one of the features I was wishing to have is a visual pointer on the ground of the spot in which a Meteor (mortar) is about to impact.

I have setup the function to draw my image on the specified terrain, but I am having a bit of trouble fully understanding how I would be able to determine, BEFORE an actual surface impact, where the round will be making its impact.

I have checked through BG_EvaluateTrajectory and afaik this in conjunction with a boxtrace will be appropriate method of determining the impact spot, but have been unsuccessful in finding the correct implementation.

Any help would be much appreciated, as this is one of the last features I wish to add.
