Working Config to increase FPS?

I have been looking for a config that works past the 7-22-15 update but none seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can play now but any less stress i could put on my system would be great.

I wish SD would create a “Bare Bones” option in the settings menu that would do what the old Config settings would do.

Mhm, and also patches reset your config which is annoying.
