I entered my key gave me game but wont let me download.

It’s possible to download the game by putting this “steam://install/333930/” in your web browser, though it will be installed via Steam.

Please download steam first. Then you have to open steam then click “Add Game” at the bottom right corner, then “Activate a Product On Steam” and paste the key you received in your email into the prompted area. Upon successful completion, the game should then be available for download

I copy pasted the key I recvied in email and says its not valid.

that’s a Nexon key, if you didn’t redeem it before the transition to Steam it’s totally invalid and you’ll have to reapply and wait in line

its a nexon key for a nexon launcher

you need a steam key for a steam launcher

You probably missed the steam key e-mail. As it appears, it often went into the spam folder.

so my 3 nexon keys are useless thats great, and i never recieved steam keys. I can not reapply because i already used my email o tried using others but they all say they are used my friends cant apply either so it look’s like they stopped accepting. Any way to contact a nexon employee and have them exchange my nexon keys for steam ones was so pumped and now im pissed.

you got a key over a year ago, and only now have you decided to activate it?

It made sense for Nexon&SD to blockout keys that were presumably unclaimed - why would someone wait a year before checking out the game? : )

There is no reason to be pissed as there will be keys lying around as soon as the game is backup online. which is in a few days. Hell, I might even have a key myself :smirk:

because i was checking my emailbfor game called extraction not knowing the changed the name of game to dirty bomb.

there will be key giveaways. Events on stream/twitter/this forum; that type of thing. Just keep an eye out
