Windows 10 System Memory Leak Fix

Hey, for some of you that are getting low FPS in-game (though I’m not, even with this problem.) if you open the task manager and notice the process “System” running at high memory on your CPU which it is not supposed to do, follow the steps included in this article.

I had this problem showing up and for some odd reason certain applications would lag a bit until I found out why and stopped it.
