I thought this bug has been solved but here it is again.
In bridge, last objective, inside the lab, there are windows you can break. Yet, once broken, they still appear intact. You can still shoot through and walk through, though.
All the glasses had this problem, and I am pretty sure that the first one I broke were behaving normally.
