Will your character look like you?

Will your character look like you or will you rather design him to look like the male celebrity you find most attractive? Since we just finished reading “Things Fall Apart” in IB Eng I’m going to make “Okonkwo” to get some laughs out of me and my friends.
Okonkwo only uses his fists cause guns are for women!
Other than that I will probably try to make some guy who looks cool; only thing that will probably resemble me is the skin color and “race face” (is that even a word cause it sounds pretty awesome).

How about you folks?

Any time I can make a character look at all like me, I try to do so. I tend to act as much like me as a character in the game can get away with (barring behaviours that result in decreased effectiveness. Like… trying not to die).

Hoping there’s a non-dreadlock option for shoulder-length hair.

Also part of the reason I’m going Light.
