Will the gun sights be centered with the dots eventually?

Only now realized that the gun sights don’t line up perfectly with the new dots. Wondering if others noticed and if this will be fixed. Kinda weird.

This has always been a problem, and the egregiousness of this poor alignment is only just now obvious with the dot. I’m hoping that they’ll get aligned even though we have the dot; just leaving it as is strikes me as very lazy, and it can’t be terribly hard to just align them; I was aligning weapon origins myself in the days of Half-Life 1 custom models.

i turn off the crosshair and put some glow in the dark tape on my screen

Doesn’t really fix the problem at hand, especially for those unwilling to obstruct their monitor.
