Well, the other games were also for consoles where 30 fps is pretty much standard. This game is PC only and it would be stupid to cap it at 30 fps. I want atleast 60 fps and uncapped would be welcome.
On unreal engine games, you can unlock any framerate caps by changing the value of variable “bSmoothFrameRate” (in cfg file).
It’s the first thing I do when I launch a game on unreal engine.
afaik if they lock the engine on 30 fps and speed up the game and people use the framesmoothing the characters will be moving dodgy like in ETQW.
i hope this wont happen cause a fps with choppy moving models would suck!

Nah almighty.et was a clan full of people that when they got e-burned they said “BOOM G5!!!” and then they left to make each other feel good on ventrilo, heard it once… that stuff was awfully close to phonesex. And this happened regularly since their skill didnt went up after 7 years of ET.
