Will Dirty Bomb 'expire' ?

I’ve said it in another thread. I am leery of sinking money in F2P games for this exact reason. The Phantom thing has me skeptical at this point. I am lovin DB and wouldn’t mind purchasing some boosters or cases.

Well, Phantom will be recieving an update in the next patch, tweaking him based on the feedback provided by the playerbase. So let’s all just wait and see what they do, and then we can get back to swearing at each other and accusing each other of stuff.

Well we can all sit here and say “haha wtf are you talking about DB is the best!!” but in reality, new games will come out and will inevitably chip away at the player base.

This happens with all games which is why (if) DB is profitable overall then they will publish sequel before there will be no fans to care for it. It’s popular opinion here to say we all like the game but that’s statistically skewed because we’re probably just the vocal minority. There are plenty of people I know that just don’t like DB.

Furthermore, as of late we might of actually lost owners of the game these past few days. Though I’m 99% sure we didn’t actually lose any, we’re currently experiencing (according to this website) the slowest growth in probably awhile since the early days of the game. I’m not trying to elicit fear, but my biased mind is wondering why…

@MissMurder do you know any legit statistics or numbers about player count? -Like how big is this game really?

I’m quite a experienced near 2 year Warframe player and I do agree that a lot of people left, but at the same time people are waiting for U17 parkour 2.0. Idk about this game though, it seems like it has potential but that will need the devs to keep updating the game like what Warframe does.
