Dazzler just became two mercs, I don’t think we’ll ever see him again.
I think the concussion grenades and flashes are similar? Similar enough that they probably won’t have separate mercs for separate needs.
Will Dazzeler be reintroduced alongside Thunder?

But that said, wouldn’t it be an interesting inclusion, maybe Dazzler, if he was to be added with just flashbangs would have a completely different loadout than Fragger and maybe different health.
Effectively they both would be a nonlethal grenade that would stun but in different ways, many games that use concussion grenades do have them messing with players vision and control by not flat out blind and deafen them, one would just have to hope for Thunder to be released and what else is to come as the recent stream mercs not publicly known are in the works.
