why we can t put 2 or 3 times the same mercs in the squad ?

i want to use 23 times the same mercs but with a loadout different. Per exemple : 3 kira, one whit sniper rifle, one with semi auto rifle, one with fast sniper rifle.

3 loadout, same mercs.

i…what? you know what, the thread itself makes my head hurt trying to figure it out, so ill comment as if the title was the only thing you types(as its the only thing that makes sense)

the reason is really quite simple: because you need a balanced squad loadout. you COULD bring 3 snipers with you and nothing else, but chances are you wont even want that many snipers, so there is at least the chance that you would bring something of a useful support role like fire support, medic or engineer and can be somewhat useful if you find out sniping isnt for you.

But…why? So how I take it you like to play at least 2 different classes: snipers and medics. Scenario: your team has good enough sniper already, but you have only snipers in your squad. You add absolutely nothing to the team, quite opposite actually. You’re weight since that “need” in the team is already fulfilled and you’re double-classing.

Imagine if you rather had balanced set of mercs in your squad. Let’s say medic, sniper and a fire support. You can help the team with 3 different roles depending on * what is needed *. You’re limiting yourself by filling your squad with only one class.

I’m trying to understand you the best I can, I don’t mind your English but don’t misunderstand me either.

You can do it.
Bolt action: Use Vassili with MOA
Auto noob: Aimee with PDP
Grandeur: Redeye (guess which weapon)

You actually answered your own question with your example. 3 snipers = just no

And btw you can edit your post by pressing the settings wheel thing and then hitting “edit”.
FrostyTheEnglishMeister will correct your grammar so others can understand you better because what you said makes no sense (except the title which is fine, just change the “can t” with “can’t”).

I’d like it honestly, and it used to be asked for a lot a year ago. Mostly because that’d give you the option of juggling shotguns and smgs on the same merc.
