Two out of five people left.
Also known as very hard to not lose, as we were losing before anyways.
So why does it still count for the people who stayed?

This, vast majority of the time people quit because they are loosing.
Erm, I’m talking about the people who stayed.
Of course the people who left should be penalized, but by leaving, the people who are still there have NO way to make a comeback at all.
@kibloy you would have to somehow dodge losses by getting two people from your team to take the loss instead of you.
BTW thanks @Ballto
You did misunderstand it by an possibility?
How is it easy to dodge loses for me if random people randomly leave my team?
I think they should not write down the lose for you if some assholes left the ranked match.
On the other hand I believe the game has a mechanic that doesn’t give you any negative reputation if you leave after someone left and the chat states it is safe to leave. You only get one lose ticked in the stats.
Unless it said something completely different before the edit, it is pretty obvious he means that it shouldn’t count as a loss for the players who stay if they lose for example a 3v5 matchup after 2 of your teammates leave. Obviously for the leavers, it should count as a loss and they shouldn’t be able to join another ranked match for some time. Hell, they shouldn’t even be able to join a public match until the time is up imo.
