Also add:
Whitechapel last objective (there is the balcony but it doesn’t really qualify as a second exit IMHO). Against this they spawn right on the transmit so a massive spawncamp is required to win for attack (fed up moaning about this - proximity of defenders to objective has always been my bugbear). Two wrongs don’t make a right.
Underground you can walljump over the barriers but I find it very random due to the way wall jumping works (it used to be easier in previous patches when you could ‘corner spam’).
