Why No Ability Point Given at 24?

Grenade shooting is definitely an ability that is a must-have on most characters and was almost completely overlooked at launch.

Yup. I stand corrected on that one. Added it to most of my builds now.

Just wanted to say that I hit lvl 24 and I got a point to spend. My build is as follows now:

Increased Supplies
Increased Supplies +
Transfer Supplies
Speed Boost
Self Rez
Life Buff +
Laz Grenade
Regen Unit
