In my opinion the problem with public servers is that everyone is super immature, going around t-bagging people and not being focused at all. On top of that, any play that does decently good is considered a hacker. I recently got kicked from a public server by my teammates because I was “hacking” because I was at 16,000 points and the second person had 10,000 points. Not only this but it was 25 minutes into a stop watch match and there was 20 seconds left, and I got kicked and lost ALLLLL of that xp. Honestly sucks, but competitive is filled with ACTUAL hackers, kinda unfortunate…

In most games I disapprove of T-bagging, but the Mercenaries have special lines if you T-bag so I totally support it here. If you can’t beat them, join them. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
As for your other problems, it’s not the most convenient but once you reach level 10, try to find a minimum level 10 server with people in it, or just join an empty one and wait. In my experience it will actually solve every problem you have.
