Why is the update not here yet?

In the 30% discount update notes it says that we will still be able to use the discount to tradeup for 2nd gen loadouts with the 30% off on the last day of event
Since event ends on May 19th 18:00 GMT, 2nd gens should’ve been released on May 18th 18:00 (30 minutes ago) but it’s still not here.
Will it be here tomorrow after I get back from school? I kinda want to get a cobalt Sparks without paying extra 3k

There were probably some issues and the update will be released later, probably tomorrow. They will extend the event through, so you will be able to trade up for the better price.
