Why is it only 8vs8 Dockyard servers?

You want us to test and give feedback on the new map. 8vs8 is no way to test a map. 8vs8 is awful on any map.
I´m not crying because I get crushed, ending up bottom scoring. I just finished a game top scoring as Sparks and still I hate it.
It seems like a pretty cool map, but I´m not going to test it anymore on a 8vs8 server.

Because it’s a game designed around a competitive setting consisting of 5v5 skirmishes that’s why…wait I agree… Why 8v8 ? At least give us 6v6.

Dagon said on the stream last night that they only have a limited capacity of servers available. Then they said to stress test the maps, whatever that means. More players = more data perhaps?

More data perhaps, but why does that matter when it’s played differently? I’m sure a heatmap of a 6vs6 looks a little different than an 8vs8. The chokes are more explosive heavy in 8vs8 and harder to push through, the flanks are less effective, etc… I don’t see why they couldn’t include a few 6vs6 servers.

Might be more data but doesn’t mean its reliable because it then includes a bloated team.

Maybe Dockyard was designed for an 8v8 match.
