Why in all of a sudden i got suspended?

so after the Dirty Bomb Update on 26/8/2016(GMT +7 Jakarta)

i play and got a popup messege says that my account has been suspended. Reason: NxABS_DT_1_NGS_Hash

i dont know why i got this popup, the customer service can only port my question the admin team. and now i’m desperate why i got this messege. did i do something wrong?

i play clean, for about 220 hours, and i really like this game. especialy with aura and rhino. its like drinking from an exp fountain. and i really want to continue to play this game. so can you guys help me?. and for the dev, if you’re reading this. can we talk about it? can you explain to me why i got suspended?

the funny thing is, when you didnt do anything and your account got suspended, while when i play in the server and found a cheater and i report but still found them on the next day using the same cheats, without even being banned.

Hello.

Your account may have been suspended because NGS detected an illegal program such as Cheat Engine or SweetFX running in the background.
Either way the forum is not the place to appeal account bans.
You have to wait for a response from support.

yes, i know this forum is not the place to appeal account bans,but i’m just curious, why in all of a sudden my account been suspended, well, thanks dude, but i dont think photoshop is an illegal program right? lol, well sh!t then if it is, and if my i cant get my account back, well probably ill swithc to another game, will be miss DB thou
