I can do long jump with default key (LEFT CTRL then SPACEBAR)
but when I play I have change the crouch key from LEFT CTRL to something like “Num 9” and then jump key with “Num 0” and cannot do long jump. Anyone have the same problem as me?
Can you developers fix this bug for me?

i have no fix for you. But i use a bind to LEFT ALT for my Long Jumps… don’t know why it isn’t a real ingame option. You can do these by following these steps.
On a qwerty keyboard press ^ or on a qwertz keyboard press ö to open the console.
There you enter setbind leftalt “duck|jump”
Lol I struggled with this forever but you can also use C to crouch.
Its already bonded as a default

Yeah, I use the “C” key and spacebar to longjump. I don’t get why people go through the trouble of pressing Ctrl, tbh.
And I use mouse buttons for crouch/jump while ctrl and space are for ads/shoot. “I don’t get why people go through the trouble of pressing keys for longjump, tbh.”
Key layouts are just a matter of preference almost completely, anatomical limitations aside. I dont get arguing over that some way is better than other.
I was wondering if you OP use Numpad for all the movement, wasd/jump/crouch whole ordeal? Are you using the same setup in all games, could it be possible that, I dont know, Numpad doesnt register all the buttons you’re pressing at once (multidirection movement+crouch+jump)? Would like to know also how your longjumps fail with that setup; does your merc simply crouch but the jump is “cut off”, or somehing else?
Thank you for reply. Now my problem have been solved. I discovered that if I use ‘Num 9’ to crouch and Jump with ‘Num 0’ I can’t to long jump but if I set crouch to ‘Num 3’ I can do it … seem strange but it solved now maybe some bug of the game with ‘Num 9’ and long jump only.
I know some keys can’t be pressed at the same time on some keyboard. I often got a “beep” windows sound when i pressed those key together (at least not in DB but in other games). Maybe it’s your problem ?
Trouble? lol, My pinky feels natural going between shift/Ctr, I have sprint toggled so no need to have it on shift at all times.
I don’t understand how you can use C, it’s in a terrible position Imo.
Broke the Ctrl key on a Logitech G710+ because I use the Ctrl so much, and Dirty Bomb was about a third of it. As Bontsa says, the numpad is usually excluded from the multi-press functionality of keyboards, so it’s a bad place to try to game on.
The keybind option really is the best way to go in the long run, but I got back into the manual crouch-then-jump habit after coming back recently.
I use Q as my crouch key, and TAB as my sprint. I also have this issue, but I have a bind set to long jump, like @Xaited .
