Why have I been banned?

I have had my account suspended and been unable to play for over 24 hours now due to alleged ‘3rd party program use’ with no word from SD or Nexon (beyond Nexon’s auto-close 6 month wait ticket system when I enquired as to why).

Where do I go from here?

No aimbots (except the usual missbot I have implanted in my brain) but I would like to know what happened…
