why dous my pc chrash at testing

im desining a map and every time i trie to test it by

opening et, console
/sv_pure 0
/g_gametype 2
/devmap snowy “name of ma map”

after filling de loading bar ma pc is chrashing can somebody help me plzzzz

OK, then you have checked the logfile too, I guess.
I’m just curious, did you find anything interesting in that file?

you probably have too many .pk3s on your etmain directory. Clean it up a bit and try again.
You should not use your gaming installation for mapping. Do a separate clean install and use it just for mapping.

Your map must have some error that some times happens
View you mapcoords

Do you have mapcoordsmins/maxs?
Red/blue spawns?
Info player deathmatch?
