Why doesn't the Santa's sack pack contain What the Dickens elite case?

Seriously?
I thought it was supposed to be christmas themed?
I was debating whether or not to pick it up, because of the 50% discount, but the regular elite cases put me off a lot.

I wasn’t going to, but then I got 2 dickens cards, so I think I’ll get it. Though I agree it should have had dickens cases, even if it didn’t have a guaranteed one.
