In a game lobby sometimes the timer run backwards after reaching zero and then some player gets kicked out! Does this happen to anyone else?

Its a glitch, and i though some people leave due to not having patience .
But i could be wrong

whenever it starts to go back and when someone goes out the timer becomes normal again
