That’s exactly what I meant @Dr_plantboss … You have “not full” ticked, so you’re not going to see servers that are full, and there is often heaps of them.
That’s just how Dirty Bomb is. Servers are usually full or empty, you’ll rarely see 6/12 ones or 8/14 ones or whatever. Untick “Not Full” and you’ll see 20+ servers instantly.
EG: Look at my screenshot. 10 of those servers are full, but you’re not going to see those because you’ve filtered out full servers.

What I have said now three times, is:
Even when I disable that option, there are only ever 5-6 servers with people on them.
as I have said if you are playing earlier than 6:00 PM ET that is the main reason why there are few servers with any players in them. US East Prime time seems to start some where around 8:00 PM ET to 9:00 PM ET.
Bottom line is if you are playing before 6:00 PM there will never be that many players unless they are EU because most US East players are probably still at work. 
@The_NOOB Thanks for the help. I’m still in school, and I like sleep, so I’ll just suck it up. I wouldn’t have that much of a problem in I could play on EU servers with <80 ping, but none of them are ever below 80. 
I always try to queue on US East (Maratimer here!), but they’re usually either all full, or empty, so DB has the pleasure of dumping me into EU servers (Like, it’s hard to not get queued into anything else but)
Do you use the server browser? Because if you don’t then that’s probably why you always end up on EU.
I actually play in EU with around 120 Ping. it is doable. I would try it sometime.
@The_NOOB I do play on EU servers from time to time when I’m just playing to have fun, and not trying to complete missions or anything.
