Why does everyone hate the Hollunds?

Dirty Bomb became really stale for me lately, so I challenged myself to only use cards and guns I would usually never touch for a while, so I’ve been trying out the shotguns.

What’s with all the hate towards the Hollunds? Is there a reason for it? I find it amazing. The clip size, the fire rate, the accuracy, I find everything on the Hollunds superior to the Remburg. It’s just a more versatile all rounder to me. I know it doesn’t do as much damage but if you can aim you’re still going to take out practically everyone with one clean headshot.

I just find myself preferring the Ahnuld, but really I don’t use any of the shotguns.

I much rather they get a rate of fire and spread buff for a damage loss.

Just my opinion.

And for those of you who argue “but realism”, one, this game has a gun that revives people, cloak, and handheld laser designator…yea no. Second, this.

Remburg that only has ONE more pellet than 880…

Sounds funny but I felt Remburg was better one-shotting people.

Single shot dmg dtherwise, 880 is all round superior.

I don’t know about the other servers, but most of the players I know in Asia actually thinks 880 is OP including me.

Not the gun itself, but the RoF. It’s got Ahnuld’s RoF!! 95 RPM with 88dmg!!

It shoots hard enough, fast OVER enough.

Damn nice, no. Tiny bit OP shotgun it is, nowadays.

Not only the Flying Pig + Drilled Hollunds, but that loadout’s true power is Drilled MP400.

Dayum, the reload time of it is sick. True flavor of loadout.

The Remburg is better for one shotting people. It does nearly 20 damage more for an up close headshot.

But the Remburg has one less pellet, not one more. Remburg = 5, hollunds = 6.

Remburg is good for point blank range.
Works too well with fast characters, and promotes cheap hit and run tactic.

Remburg has 12 pellets. That’s five of 12 gauge shells you mean.

Except Ahnuld’s 7 dmg pellet, 880/Remburg has 8 dmg pellet.

But 880 has 11, so this is why it deals 88 dmg, and Remburg deals 8 x 12 = 96 dmg.

So it’s only that one single pellet determines the single shot damage.

It never nearly does 20 more dmg than 880. Just 8 more dmg more. May be 16 more if lucky.
