Why do you only play Javelin?

This question is directed at the people who get triggered by the salt they get for playing javelin:
if playing Javelin makes you get insulted, but the other fire supports don’t, and you think Javelin is not op in any way, then why would you play only Javelin when you can just play a different fire support and not get insulted.

Even Dreiss is more controllable than that thing

Javelin is probably a downgrade from arty since arty has 2 charge of artillery strike with 20sec cooldown each and has more damage to EV

20K arty in chapel is almost unfair

instead, javelin is better in map with cover. Almost like stoker but without the 10 sec area denial.

@GatoCommodore But there’s something just so much fun about getting kills with weapons with recoil like on the Sharc-c. That and k-121are just the most fun guns in the game for me.

I wouldn’t compare her to arty since they are good at different things. Her rocket is mor like the molotov without 10 second area denial but much faster and has bigger radius. (Not sure how effective she is at long range because everyone uses the rocket only at close range against 1 player)

Not sure if it happens to everyone but when i aim at body with shar-c the vertical recoil turns it to a headshot. But it looks like most people can aim better without the vertical recoil.

Javelin is the most fun merc at the moment (other than Kira because kawaaaaaiiiii). Javelin and Kira are the only 2 mercs I can use just their ability/melee with and not only wreck a server, but have tons of fun. Blowing up an unaware, grouped up team and finishing off the stragglers with a hatchet/axe is so much fun, almost barbaric! >:) >:) >:)

Shar-c is good at any range ,I don’t know why you call it poop. Is still better than that lol ak-47.
However most of ppl use her because of rockets.
If you don’t know how to use rockets here is my mini guide. I made it after I have seen a lot of random JavPros (at least 99% are like this)

Press Q
Look for a poor enemy. Is ok even if is one,i mean why you should wait for a mass kill then you can have a free 1 easy kill and wait 30 sec for cd. Btw you may be useless for 30 sec if you can use guns as well.
Keep a close range so the enemy won’t escape
Once you are close enough to be killed by your own rocket SHOT! Even if you die by your own rocket Shot! You can get that damn insta kill so go kill the enemy and yourself by aoe
Repeat
I had the honor to see so many Javelin so sadly most of them do this -_-

Btw that Axe is really good and a lot better than that damn kukuri or how is called

I’ll respond to this because Nader is my favorite merc and I have over a year’s worth of pleasant and relatable exchanges due to that. To put it plainly, I play what I like. If someone likes Javelin, they’ll play her. The people that only play the current top-tier characters in any game are irrelevant because they get bored easily and constantly hop on/off the bandwagons after every meta change and patch. The hate for Javelin and her popularity will start to subside and even out soon so don’t sweat it.

Doesn’t affect me one bit when people tell me I’m trash for using someone. I welcome them to choose Nader next game and do better with her than me. That or I’ll tell them to choose the merc for me to use next game and beat them with that as well.

love the new primary I don’t know why. It hits like a truck even long range. Finally a gun that has high skill cap as its recoil is crazy.
