Why do you get banned

When some asshats think its funny to kick you out of a server because they are idiots why is there no recourse? There are so few active US-west servers it seems and I finally get on one and someone thinks its funny to kick people out and now I have to play on Us east. awesome.

Because kicking people off a server isn’t against the rules. If you think a player is actively abusing you by following you and kicking you out of every room you enter, and it’s making your gaming experience worse and worse, send a support ticket. A thread about some random player kicking you once for a random reason won’t achieve anything, sorry.

There is a temporary ban placed so you aren’t able to rejoin the server. This is to prevent people who were kicked for trolling/hacking from being able to rejoin for at least a short time. It affects all kicks though, as there isn’t a difference between them.

Lol i got banned yesterday cuz i went for a glass of water as i was home alone and there was 20 seconds till respawn. I come back 5 seconds late and they placed a vote kick on me. I typed in chat i wasnt afk sniped 2 people and still got kicked for the afk

Edit my kichen sink is 25 feet from my computer room which is off the kitchen

since last patch people make an automatic votekick against themselves if they are afk for 1min, iirc

doesnt matter the server ill pub stomp as 18 ping or 250 come at me bro

That’s easy to fix: get your glass of water between matches. It’s not like you die of thirst within 15 minutes.

I once got an auto kick vote on me because I was “afk” while downed in an execution match.

Well what exactly was I supposed to do?
