why can't select matchmaking region in quick join like in competitive match?

Because it automatically tries to find low ping servers, which would be in your region, I would guess.

I’m just annoyed when it puts me in EU min level 10 servers. Like, yeah, I’m playing with people my level, but with 250 ping I’m not gonna stay there

Why does it have such a poor success rate then. Honestly it should be an option to force it, this is a big part of why I avoid quick join, I’d rather sit in quick join queue waiting for a slot in my region than be sent to a 300 ping server.
