Why are there a lack of operatives? (P.S. Great game SP. No, this isn't sarcasm.)

Actually, they have less options with FF off - they don’t get notified of you being an enemy when they shoot you - only when YOU do something to break Disguise. With FF on, a single bullet will tell you if you’re shooting a friend or a Disguised enemy - you gain XP shooting someone in Disguise when FF is on, but you don’t get anything until you incap them, so you can waste a whole clip shooting a teammate who you think is an enemy.

 1. Does Sticky Bomb attach itself to turrets ?

 2. How strong is Cortex Bomb ? It’s the least mentioned ability so far.

But you’d get a minus in exp for shooting a friendly immediately even if it was with just one bullet if I recall correctly, wouldn’t that allow people to think: “No minus exp, he’s an enemy”, or have I got that part wrong?

I love playing my operative more than the other classes, pity that I feel most players like stated earlier in this thread don’t take full use of my com hacks and pushing forwards after I’ve gotten behind enemy lines and hack a turret, kill one or two people and force them to give me their full attention allowing clean kill opportunities to my fellow players.
Theyre almost useless until rank 2. I disliked them until caltrops opened my eyes. Figurativly.

Disguise, hack turret, caltrops, cortex bomb, control turret, emp grenade…I can’t wait to ruin entire teams
This ^

Caltrops are great fun…watching people panic when they can’t work out what’s happening.

Cortex bomb is fun aswell.

Cortex bombs on the field make people think twice about going in for the curb-stomp on you and your teammates. It’s got an effect beyond the delicious revenge.
