why am I not receiving my daily reward?

after the timer was over I played another match and didn’t get my daily reward, I tried playing on a different pc an multiple games but I won’t get it… solutions?

It might be bugged. Try again later, that seems to work for most people.

yeah I tried that over the course of the day and on different pc’s, still no success…

please tell me the support team for this isn’t gona just go with just keep trying until it works instead of actually fixing the bug a lot of people are having right now, restarting doesn’t work waiting doesn’t work, joining a lobby then completing a full match doesn’t work, nothing is working

It needs to be fixed for sure. Or they need to state an admissible duration of in game time needed to activate.

I played yesterday and didn’t receive reward. Played a longer game later and did receive reward. Go figure.

Someone on Discord mentioned the system might use a clock not shown in the main menu.
Apparently the 24 hours start ticking down the moment you obtain a reward.
For example if you claimed your last reward at 3 pm your next one is also obtainable at that point of time.

but i finally got my day 4 at about midnight… and today i got my day five around noon though.
