Arty is meant to be a long range Field ops, he sits far away popping heads with powerful but slower firing rifles, Skyhammer is meant to be more in the middle of the fight, hence why his airstrike works more like a grenade and Arty’s a long range laser pointer, this is shown aswell as their attack patterns, Arty has an accurate single bomb going into a the marked location while Skyhammer has a plane carpet bombing the area and thats even shown in their down time aswell, Arty regains his shells quickly while, unless you used the marker indoors for it to work like a grenade Skyhammer’s marker takes a little over a minute, so as far as I can say, I cant tell you who’s meant to take more damage since I dont have Arty’s health anywhere, but I can tell you their attacks are devided into "Arty shoots from far away and calls down Artillery, while Skyhammer gets in the thick of it and calls down ‘fire from the freakin’ sky’.
