In my Opinion the best ones were the whole Team of 4k old and new and all players of Dignitas =).

if you ask for the best player, there is not a single answer, but a zillion
consider villa server, who is the best player there ? i have no clue.
now think about aardvaak. i have no clue either. but i am sure its not the same as before.
then go to all other servers, you will get diferent answers as well.
because they have diferent rules, and everybody has diferent latency.
in fact, some player may be n1 in some server. then you go across atlantic ocean, and he probably does not belong to the top 100 list.
and we didnt talk about vehicles or infantry maps !! if you restrict to one type, you get diferent performances from players.
or, why not restrict to 6v6 only light vehicles ? there you go, a new set of numbers ones, to add to those lists before.
all this is obvious, and no worth mention, if i hadnt another thing to say.
for me, the bests around, are those keeping game alive. how ?
the only way to have a good game, is to have an unpredictable result. if you (or anyone) knows in advance which team is going to win, then the game is ruined. because if you already know the result, you dont have to think about winning, you can focus on getting most kills, or most xp, or most upgrades, or most awards, etc …
and after one game got ruined, sometimes just because of 1 guy (yes, 1 is more than enough), we all know what happens:

I used to think bjorn as well, till I read his CB ban on cod2.
And lol at the people here saying aA, forgetting about his hacks.
“Best shooter” is meaningless in the way you put it: aim alone, especially in a teamplay FPS with such a complex metagame, doesn’t really affect the outcome of a match (assuming we’re talking about 6on6, 4on4 isn’t really etqw) per se.
I remember a lot of good aimers who had no situational awareness at all.
The best all-around infantry player I’ve ever witnessed has to be reload, no contest: superb aim, great tactical sense, exciting style.
4kings were, overall, a better team than mamut with a better synergy, each of them compensating others’ weaknesses.
I’ve also heard great things about a NA player called chump but I can’t really say, as the NA scene used to be far weaker than the EU one. He might be the exception.
I might forget someone but players from other teams that impressed me were in no particular order: dimmo (great tactical sense) soee (what a teamplay), dranzer (titan), fenda (so underrated), rglaf (consistent low sens aimer), tanzverbot (best air vehicles player), dm100, team ocrana, team pelit, team uk.
Then again, this isn’t quake live/ q3: etqw isn’t about aim but teamplay, always has and always will be
