I have thought of a wonderful idea for fans of this game to participate in.
I thought about the fact that Dirty Bomb is supposed to be a competitive game, and the fact that some people go into the game and start complaining about how “Bushwhacker/Proxy/Rhino is BS” and the like because they don’t know how to defend themselves from him.
So, what about an advertisement similar to SCRUBS that show the competitive nature of the game, as well as stupid strategies (going in with a melee weapon) being countered by using a firearm, or a Proxy mine being seen by a player that says “oh my god you can’t be serious” before shooting it.
And on top of that, show the characters playing intelligently and using strategies that actually work while showing how they don’t seem as painful as the aforementioned idiocy.
Simply put, show the mercs in realistic situations, where the competitive nature of the game is shown.
I myself wouldn’t be able to take part in making such an advertisement, however.
