We wanted to create this thread so there would be no confusion on where to turn in the event of an issue.
Steam support will handle issues with the Steam platform, accounts, charging your Steam wallet and trading, and Steam features outside of the game. Basically anything related to Steam’s features. Nexon customer service will handle issues related to in-game features and functionality. If you are experiencing anything related simply go to http://support.dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us
