Who should I make a cobalt for?

Im about to make a new coblat, but I dont know who I should make it for, you can vote on Twitter at @maurshade or just put your vote here. The options are arty, thunder, phoniex, arua, phantom, aimee, proxy, or Fletcher. Please help me out here, thank you.

I’d say get ut for a merc that would match the colour scheme. Cobalt Shard and Fragment looks great on Phoenix.

I would suggest Phoenix, but that’s just because he’s my most played merc and I love him to death… Arty or Fletcher would be good choices too, but Fletcher has the highest possibility of getting a loadout that sucks as he has like 3 good ones and the rest are bad by comparison
