Main Choices are Guardian, Nader or Kira
I also don’t yet have Fragger, Javelin or Sparks
I own every other merc. Or should I wait for Hunter?
Kira seems redundant (have Arty, Skyhammer, Stoker already)
Nader is a little un-versatile (maybe I should get Javelin instead)
Guardian seems under powered (maybe I should wait for a patch)
Depending on which playstyle appeals to you the most:
Assault: Fragger, or if you wanna rage induce people and feel naughty with guilty pleasure: Javelin
Medic: Sparks, cause Guardian’s medic side is weak compared to her engineer side (the drone’s quite useful.
Yeah Guardian’s drone appeals to me because it is a little bit different. Sparks less so because I already have all the other medics. How much more powerful is javs rocket to Naders grenades? Grenades are good for taking out aura stations but I saw a jav wipe out a tonne of hp from a tank with her rocket which could be better for versatility.

javelin is in a good spot right now, but i suggest get kira first because the laser is just plain better than the rocket if you know how to use it
It depends what do you enjoy the most in DB.
I’m pretty bored with fragger and javeling, but if you like your k/d ratio on top, then pick one of them, jav doesn’t require skill, easiest merc, fun to play but I got bored pretty quickly.
Sparks - again, this is one of the funniest to play merc around, hide behind your teammaes, revive them, run like the Flash and hit everyone with a cricket to death.
Nader - nothing special I guess, but also fun to play.
Kira with katana and her laser is also fun to play, you can either play for kills, gamexp destroying ex or fun with katana.
Guardian - under powered, kinda powerless but useful in 1 out of 10 cases 
However, if I were you and short on credits, I would wait for an update to see if Hunter is worth his name. Remember he’s [will be] a recon class (somewhere inbetween Phantom<>Sniper[aimee,vas,red])

Keep all the credits that you can for the next event. Don’t give a shit about other mercs and just enjoy the Proxy,she is the best. If you care about k/d rates then Proxy can do the job,she is not only an engi.
Nader is one of the most versatile mercs in the game once you’ve spent half a lifetime playing her like me. I’d choose her or Fragger if they’re all you have remaining. Kira and Guardian are situational.

Imo Javelin and Nader are lot easier Merc to play with. Kira, Fragger and spark probably will require a little more learning curve but not difficult. Guardian definitely need more patching up!!

Javelin or Nader is nerfed to Hell? I only had a few days to play since the patch. Haven’t touched DB in what feels like a month. Work sucks. I’m pretty sure you’re referring to Jav still so that’ll save me from a rage induced aneurysm.
Keep in mind you can’t yet play Guardian or Javelin in ranked yet too, if you play ranked that is.
