Who is responsible for the stats page?

So who is responsible for the stats page and administring its accounts?

I wrote a thread in the help section and sent an email to brinkstats at bethsoft com (that i dont think will be answered soon). Unanswered til now.

After failing to track any of my stats, I wanted to recreate my account and deleted it. Now there seems no way to open a new one, since I cant view my Code anymore.

I mean they didnt track anything since their second day. The last match was dated on 20th of july and thats the same as the official news about the launch was posted.

Sorry for not being a native speaker. Who do I have to ask for help to get my problem sorted and dont get ignored anymore?

Bethesda is the publisher; they are responsible for marketing, etc. I don’t think SD has much to do with the stat site. [correct me if I’m wrong]. I would bark at Bethesda, maybe email their support people…

bethesda would be your best option. Like mortis says, SD do not have that much to do with the stats site :slight_smile:

FireWorks, please email me a summary of your issue along with your stats site account name as well as any gamertags / IDs linked to it - email’s badman@splashdamage.com. I’ll see if I can pass it on up the chain.

I think if you mess up the email part of the stat login an issue can result with being able to access? Does it verify email with login-in creation automatically?
