Who is RedEye's employee?

just as the title says, on RedEye’s meet the merc page it says “Now that he’s taken to the private sector he’s his own boss for a change. Too bad his sole employee is a total buffoon who hates his waste-of-space boss.” my guess is phantom but I am not sure anyone else got any ideas?

I think it’s himself and that this line is meant as a joke about his views on authority.
