Who is he?what are bis ability? Any source on him?

Javelin is currently a very early concept, there is little information about them now except that they are likely female and their primary ability is a rocket launcher of some nature.

As said above, female Fire Support merc, She’ll have a rocket launcher so she wont have to worry about enemies having a roof over their heads but likely will have the tightest AOE of them all, she’s also capable of dropping an ammo station it seams, I’m guessing she’ll be around 95 HP like Kira but no confirmation on her design or weaponry (I’m guessing it’ll be the BR-16 so she might get the dreiss and or Stark and M4A1) , really wish there was at least some early concept art to see.

Some of the Founders are essentially under 3 separate NDAs,
1: VIP, all SD games not only DB
2: Alpha, stuff from closed Alpha
3: Closed Beta, everything pre-Steam
