As much as aesthetics shouldn’t matter in a video game, Dirty Bomb could spice up the male character designs. If the next Merc is ANOTHER dark haired white guy with stubble or facial hair I’m gonna poop myself. At least give them different hair colors like the ladies or something from old concept art.

Scandinavian would be fairly little work-inducing to have voice acted. Talk English with potato in your mouth and even someone from dev team can voice, no extra costs 
Heck make Finnish character and all the voicelines can be replaced with grunts and short cusswords!
