Which Humble Bundle Deal have you purchased?

we have those cards in our country but i cant aquire one with my student income
i also dont want to get a prepaid because i would still have to pay ~30 euros a year just to have the cheapest one while i can pay everything else with my bank card
i dont know how it is handled in other countries but here you define a bank card (or ATM card in america) as a plastic card with the IBAN and BIC engraved or printed on the back,
whenever you use it it will instantly withdraw the money from your account
a credit card is a card with its own account and different numbers on the front instead (the ones you need to pay with credit card)
unlike the bank card you buy the stuff on credit and get the bill at the end of the month

the problem with paypal is that in order to activate your account you have to insert your
bank information because they will send you two small sums of money (<1 euro) you will then have to type in[/quote]
@Nesodos For years I had a paypal account without linking any bank account. What you are saying is OPTIONAL to speed up the process of transfering funds between your bank and paypal. I could always make a money transfer at my post office or any bank facility without being their customer. Even if the post offices in Austria are only capable of sending envelopes and don’t provide payment services, you can still send funds at bank by filling out blank forms, no?
Blank forms like this: http://www.payment-solutions.com/images/wu-quickpay-form.gif
Apparently, paypal has new rules for quite some time and disallow money transfers from post offices.
