Which come first? DoT or Angela healing aura?

I was playing a challenge to get used to the changes. Kate had gassed Archie and he was down to 18 HP so I think he’s toast.
On the opponent’s turn, Angela’s healing aura affects him first (not what I expected), then the gas DoT hits him and he does his death scene. But wait, he reincarnates. pops back up (really not what I expected) with 13 HP. The math is right, but what is the correct order and is that a change?

Sounds like an unintended side effect of the patch. I actually think DoT and Angela’s heal have always ticked at the same time, so any soldier that isn’t dead effectively has +20HP while they’re in range of the aura.

Lol that’s a pretty nifty change. Angela can bring back the dead so to speak hahaha. Even funnier cuz she has a zombie outfit.
