I don’t think open beta should be advertised, launch is what needs to be advertised.

It’s not on the front page of Steam but it is on the pop-up if you restart Steam.

I wouldn’t want it on the steam front page if I was SD.
You can’t even log into the game right now.
When I could play a half hour ago, there were no missions, no GC or xp was being rewarded at the end of the matches.

Tried to restart the game figured that might fix the problem now I cant sign in my account at all.
Not a smooth start To OBT.

edit, after 2 minutes my game finally signed in still no missions, will see about the GC and xp.

Bear in mind if you own the game already and are logged in it tends not to show you all front pages and promotions for it.

Servers are under more load than usual right now, hence some issues. Folk are monitoring it and making changes as they need to.

There’s an option to hide games from the front page if you own them.

If you view the main page while not logged on, it’s there.

rofl, 5000 players now due to game on front page, i’m sure they’re having a great time trying to get into servers where they can play a game riddled with bugs

sd basically put game in beta for 2 years so they didnt release the game too early (like they did with brink) and then they do it anyway

yes, a frontpage open beta is a launch, no one will give a **** about the beta tag, doubt most of these new players are having a positive experience right now
