Where can I start?

I’ve been thinking about mapping a lot lately but I really don’t know where to start… And I’ve got some questions that I hope you guys have some answers. Like: With which program can I map? And where can I download it? Is it hard? How long does it approxmitily takes to learn? Do you have any sites with a clear tutorial?

it has tutorials - i was in the same place as you in july :slight_smile: but now im going to have a map released :smiley:

Search for quake 3 mapping tutorials on google… that’s a great way to start. And read all the documentation you come across… it’ll make sense sooner or later :slight_smile:
