Once played in a team of 4 Artys and a Sparks defending Chapel in matchmaking, perfectly legit strat.
The real FML moment is when you’re on the attacking team and you have 3-4 Vaselli’s sitting back at a distance doing absolutely nothing.
Wouldn’t be so bad if there was a way to move the ally spawn closer. That last few meters after the first turn is such a pain because if the EV gets stuck there it really gets stuck there (same with the last few meters before the construction lift).
Literally airstrikes can rain every 10 seconds, or even better, like 6 airstrikes in one second.
QFT. If I have 3 ppl playing Vaseli I don’t even try to stick around, i just find another match. It’s hard enough w/ one Vaseli (aka playing down a man), let alone playing a 3v6 or a 4v7
You mean like half the games when Vassili is on rotation? Oh God
I have some serious PTSD after the last one. When he is back on rotation I may just adapt the strategy “If you can’t beat them, join them” and play 100% Vassili :trollface:
I kid you not, I once played a terminal match 8v8 with a team of entirely Skyhammers.
I played Sparks, decided quickly that it was a waste of time.
Started playing Redeye.

Edit: I’m pretty sure I once had a team of all Vasilli’s on Bridge. Again screenies when I’m home.
Well I just had a game 4v7 on Trainyard… Imagine 3 thunders and 3 Bushwackers just spawnkilling my entire team the whole time. Throw concussion grenade in spawn (enemy team can’t see sh*t) and place 3 turrets at different locations around the spawnarea => That was my game of stopwatch for about 10 mins… Probably the last match that I play this week because after this match I kinda have enough for awhile…
BTW I often see those Chapel compositions. It’s hilarious and frustrating at the same time. 
I was trying to track down a bug I have with toggle run on + reloading (crouch cancels my reload) last night when I joined a server to test on something that wasn’t a local map and saw that my team was going up against another team that had 5 Thunder’s chaining their flashbang’s into the attacker’s spawn on Chapel. Glad I wasn’t there to actually play!
